Yes, I am that girl….the ever so basic girl that likes multiple birthday celebrations for every year. It doesn’t matter that I am turning an ‘insignificant age’ almost every year except every 5-10 years, what matters, is that I get a whole day that I get to drag out to a whole week, or ok, maybe a whole month (if I’m allowed) of celebrating! I love June because it kicks off the summer, the sun is always out (at least here in Florida), I love the number 6, and oh, it contains the date in which I was born. So, enough of that (or not?), and let’s get talking about this gorgeous dress! I tried out ShopBop and they have the cutest finds from all designers. You can find full price items and also snag amazing deals. I found this BB Dakota Dress, linked here: AMAZING DRESS 🙂 and what’s great about it is that it’s under $100! Shoes are here as well!
Hey guys! Ok, so I caved…a few friends recommended that I tried Cupshe, and I did. I scoured through what seemed like hundreds of swimsuits, and picked 3 bikinis that I thought might look good on me. I patiently waited for 2 weeks for it to ship overseas, and figured, “ok, I spent 50 bucks for 3 swimsuits. If one or two don’t fit, but I like one, it’s worth it, right?!”….well, they came in the mail, and I am OBSESSED with 2 of them and I liiiiiikkeeee (not a LOT of like…but still) the third! I couldn’t believe it. They felt good, fit good, and were not bad quality like I was anticipating. I won’t give up my addiction to Target, Nordstrom, Everything But Water swimwear, but, this is an amazing alternative for stylish suits I don’t want to spend a lot of money on! Side note, I’m not always comfortable in a bikini or bare-all clothing, but starting this blog has made me more comfortable in my own skin. My first swimmy photos are below 🙂 My awesome tassle earrings are from ShopBauble, and you can get 15% off your order if you put JENNIFERJ into the promo code at checkout!!! XO
Hey friends! Chase and I just moved in to our first house…more pictures to come! I think I’m still exhausted from the move on Saturday! My parents came over and my sister flew down from Chicago to help us and the movers move in, and we got a lot accomplished in one weekend! It’s taking me a little time to adjust living in a house…I am learning new things like trash days, sprinkler systems, cabinetry, GOOD LORD! I took a break from the hulabaloo and got some pictures of this gorgeous ASTR dress from Nordstrom. This dress is one of my favorite things I purchased this year. This is the dress, but it’s currently sold out. I added a couple more styles I liked here: Dress 1, Dress 2, Dress 3 My shoes are BP and are linked here.
