Deck 84 Delray Beach

Deck 84 has always been one of my favorite restaurants in Delray Beach.  It sits right on the intercoastal and often has live music and indoor and outdoor seating with a gorgeous view of the boats going buy.  If you’re visiting this gorgeous town, this is a MUST on your list to go.

I recently got invited to sample the new Fall/Winter menu, created by their new Executive Chef, Michael Romano!  Deck 84 regulars, a night out to try his menu is a MUST this season!

Their new Tiki Cocktails are so yummy and fun to sip!

Their sweet thai chicken wings are absolutely delicious and worth the messiness of wings 🙂

I am being honest here, this was the best brisket sandwich I have ever had.  The meat was so tasty and the bread was toasted just crispy enough…I will be ordering this when I go back!

The tuna steak was cooked to perfection, and my favorite part of it was the crab fried rice that it sits upon, which you can also order as a side.  So unique but so addicting!

The flat iron steak was cooked perfectly and the sauce on top of it was delicious!

Get yourself to Deck 84 to try it all!

Epcot Food and Wine Festival 2017

To celebrate Chase’s birthday, we got a group of friends together and went to….EPCOT!  Chase and I had been to Epcot 2 years ago, not during the Food and Wine Festival, and I’ve been itching to go back since.  I of course used his birthday as an excuse to plan a fun weekend, and two of our favorite couples joined us.  I have to tell you, Epcot was on a WHOLE other level!  We got to the park around 11:30, and I am glad we came hungry.  There was a ton of people there, so I recommend going during the week, maybe on a Friday, but it was definitely worth the crowd!

We really loved the beer sampling from Florida at the new Active Eats location!  They also served an amazing cheeseburger taco that I ate too quickly to photograph 🙂

Japan didn’t disappoint, as I remember it being one of my favorite countries the first time we went a couple of years ago.  Their gift shop is so authentic and fun.  I get lost in there every time exploring all of the Japanese traditions, teas, treats, and of course, sake!

The sake tasting is SO fun and very interactive!  It is located right in the gift shop, and is quirky and fun for a group to enjoy some sake sampling!

Italy is my favorite world within Epcot.  Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar is by far the best place to eat, and you really feel like you are in Italy.  We went with friends who frequented Italy, and they said the food, service, and the atmosphere was exactly how they remembered Italy when they visited this past year.

China’s garden was absolutely breathtaking!  We really truly did not feel like we were in Florida!

My absolute favorite food was in Canada; they served cheddar soup with bacon and pretzel bread.  I would go back all over again just to get some of that!

We had an amazing time, and it is an event I want to go back to every single year!

We are extremely grateful we were able to finally check out Epcot Food and Wine!
